sepsus
I want update from 1.5 to 1.6 BUT there where some individual fixes from another developer, so there are some questions on my side. 1. The dafault theme is used, and i wanna save all individual modifications, how is the best way? ist it possible to build a "childtemplate" or can i copy the theme in the backend and after the update i take the copied template. 2. Have i take care of modules about the update means deactivate them and activate after the update. as i see there only the standard modules activ. 3. can i find a manual for the routine for a succesful update from 1.5 to 1.6, inside here i find nothing special when i search for update prestashop Is somebody from germany here to answer my question about the EU Legal - Rechttsicherheitsmodul für Deutschland und EU Modul. Thanks very much

You cannot use your existing theme from PS v1.5 on PS v1.6 2. Have i take care of modules about the update means deactivate them and activate after the update. as i see there only the standard modules activ. You need to verify that these modules are certified to work with PS v1.6. Why not create a test store using PS v1.6 and confirm that these custom modules work 3. can i find a manual for the routine for a succesful update from 1.5 to 1.6, inside here i find nothing special when i search for update prestashop Start by clicking the Learn menu above... http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Updating+PrestaShop
