tjudy Posted June 28, 2015 Share Posted June 28, 2015 Hello, I have a brand new Prestshop store that is working pretty well, but I am having a problem with taking orders. Customers can check out and even pay with PayPal, but the transaction is not showing up as an order. It shows up as an abandoned cart. I can then go in and manually convert the cart into an order.
