DARKF3D3
I'm having trouble with multiple specific price. On my store I added to some products discounts based on product quantity like below: 3 or more: 10% 5 or more: 20% If the product has no other price rule on it, this works correctly, but if the products has a generic discount on it, no. EXAMPLE: Normal price: 100€ With discount: 70€ (amount discount: 30€) Plus, i added the quantity discount above: 3 or more: 10% 5 or more: 20% The problem is that if the user add to the cart 3 or more product, the 10% discount is applied, but after removing the 30€ discount. So, buying one you'll pay 70€, but if you buy 3 or more, instead of paying 70€ less 10%, so 63€. The discount is applied on 100€, so you'll pay it 90€. There's no way to apply it to the discounted price?
shacker
wich rule you use for the 30%?
DARKF3D3
I added a price reduction from product page, specific price tab, adding a 30€ amount discount.
shacker
Ok, all these rules are added from same site (product page).
DARKF3D3
Yes, have a look here: [EDITED] As you can see the product it's on sale at 6,90€ (full price 9,90€). I added specific price: if 3 or more 10% discount, 10 or more 20% discount. So it should be: 6,90€ - 0,69€ = 6,21€ or 6,90€ - 1.38€ = 5,52€ but prestashop apply the discount starting from the full price of 9,90€, so if a customer order 3 pieces of that products it will pay 8,91€ each that's higher than the price for only one. Any idea? Edited September 23, 2015 by DARKF3D3 (see edit history)
shacker
Thats correct, The discounts is on base price, not from reduced price.
DARKF3D3
And there's no way to apply the specific price on the reduced price?
shacker
The specific price takes the price from the product table, not from the specific price table
DARKF3D3
So do you think it isn't possible to apply the price rules based on quantity to the discontinued price?
shacker
you need to modify all the core for product prices, i never tested, but if you modify all the files that uses the price for specials offers, it can be done
