creative7
I want to set carrier prices etc by country without any limits on weight or price but it is prompting me to insert one of the 2 (SCREENSHOT 1) http://imgur.com/a/WwhxG#0 Here is a list of all the carriers I have set up (SCREENSHOT 2) http://imgur.com/a/WwhxG#0 Only one of them display as options on the delivery page of the ordering process (even though i have set a UK address for the test order and UK isn't included in DHL EU) (SCREENSHOT 3) http://imgur.com/a/WwhxG#0 Edited June 25, 2015 by creative7 (see edit history)
irrelevant
You have to set a weight range, but it can be pretty big, e.g., 0 - 999999! Alternatively, set it small and change the Out Of Range Behaviour option just above to "Apply the cost of the highest range." I would however recommend that you set the maximum to be the maximum the carrier would accept in one parcel, to ensure you are not caught out with someone ordering a massive quantity of something heavy... creative7
Do you have any idea why there would be only one carrier displaying in the delivery option? All carriers have been set up the same (bar country exclusions) and I've entered a UK address and it only displayed the EU delivery option
irrelevant
Have you got weight ranges set up for the missing carriers, or maximum sizes, that might be disallowing them? Or.. it might be something to do with the setup of Zones, Countries and States - make sure they all make sense...
creative7
Solved it finally... Had UK as a zone and in Countries but I had UK selected as Europe instead of an independent zone.
zagierurruty
Hello. I am setting up my new commerce application through Hosting.com. I am solving issues along the setting up but there is one that I still could not fix. It is about SHIPPING. However I created 4 carriers, one of them for local postal service, I get in the check out only two, which are not supposed to show. The “customer” address is “Argentina”, for which I created a “National” zone for that country. 1) How can I have more than 2 carriers oferred for customers? 2) Why customers from Argentina get the non available carriers instead of the local carrier that I created? I checked and rechecked the zones, weight ranges, etc. and find no solution. Thank you for your help. Sergio
