    I have a similar issue to this except tapping the search bar on android mobile refreshes the page without allowing text input, any ideas guys? any help greatly appreciated, driving me crazy!

    When clicking the search bar it automatically refreshes the page without allowing me to type into the search field. It is fine on desktop and apple devices Any help greatly appreciated

    I have the following error Impossible to add the product to the cart. textStatus: 'parsererror' errorThrown: 'SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON This only seems to happen when I am logged in and trying to add products to cart. Any help greatly appreciated!

    Found the problem! Thanks MusicMaster, checked error logs for paypal and found the problem. The problem was with Videodesk causing an error as it couldn't communicate with their API (I think the company has discontinued this product)

    There are no errors in my php log. This has only started happening since the 1st of this month

    Site working fine up until a few days ago, nothing changed but now orders are coming through with no status against them on successful payments from paypal and sagepay. It also doesnt update status for the free orders I tried also Have been trawling this forum for an answer but cant find anything, any help greatly appreciated

    I have the geoIP installed. The currencies display fine for different countries but for instance the order will display on cart in GBP then I login or create an account and it reverts to euros

    Hi, having a similar issue. I have a EU store that defaults to euros for the EU and GBP for the UK. The currency stays as GBP until checkout and then reverts back to euros. Any help greatly appreciated, driving me mad!!

    I have 2 different setups of prestashop, one on mydomain.com and a specific EU site on eu.mydomain.com Basically, i want all EU customers visiting mydomain.com to be redirected to the EU subdomain. I have seen this solution: https://pcmshaper.com/blog/142-php-redirect-based-on-country but not sure where this would be put into prestashop Any information greatly appreciated

    Looking for some information on how to change the sending address for customer received emails in Prestashop 1.7. Currently its my email address but need to change it to the [email protected] address of the company site. Backoffice UI has changed a lot since 1.6 and cant seem to find it anywhere!!     Don't know if this helps but, I kept having the same parse error when trying to add a product into the cart. The problem with mine was the punctuation used in the product title. Maybe take any punctuation out of the carrier name
