Customize orders view: employee A see only orders from customer A

Good morning, first sorry for my english, i have a question.

Like the title say i need to be able to assign a customer to one employee, who will manage orders only form that customer,

 

Employee A will see only orders from customer A

Employee B will see only orders from customer B

 

So every employee( i wiill set >10) will acess to the back-office and must see only the order panel, and must manage only the orders from his customer.

 

Anyone can help me with this? i don't know what i have to change to get that results.
