i want to set a height to a specific bottle size on my store

i have added product combinations and it offers the bottles in 30ml 60ml and 120ml but i can only change how much the weight is affected of each bottle size i cant change the height or width if i do it makes it so every bottle no matter if its 30 60 or 120 ml is the same heighth i want to change each one to be different because it affects my shipping process

Definitely you can set width, height and depth from Catalog->Product->{Any Product}->Shipping(tab). If it doesn't solve your issue then explain your actual problem.

this is what i mean i see what you are saying but it doesnt allow me to set a height or width of a certain attribute like i have a dropdown box on my products on my website http://store.thefreshvapor.com and it allows you to select a bottle size i want to change the width and the height of those attributes so it can better calculate shipping prices because if i have to use a bigger box to ship a bigger bottle then it wont cost  2.34 it will cost 5.00 the weight matters but if its a bigger product i need to know the actual shipping cost by putting the size height and width of each bottle do you understand now

Unfortunately the product dimensions are held on the master product record only, and are therefore the same for all variations or combinations of product.   It would need some custom modifications to the product and shipping sections to add them, which feels like  a lot of work.  

 

The easiest options are either to build an allowance for the additional shipping costs into the price charged on the bigger items, or create them as separate products.

It might be better if i just go with another ecommerce platform what do you recommend i like this layout and how it has a live editor so i can take out the bloat i need something easier or idk dude i just cant afford paying for anything im already paying 140 something a year for hosting and domain i installed this and thought it would be easy but im finding out its not

I doubt you'll find too many recommending another platform here :-)  I am sure there are some impartial sites about that can help, but bear in mind that features will be different across different platforms - you might find one that does the dimensions you need, but find it cannot do something else that Prestashop does do.

 

I would not say it was impossible to add - start by adding fields to ps_product_impact, but then you need to get it to use them...
