In this case you will stay at 100 of 100 points. Sites with loading of 5 seconds will have a deduction on points. 2) This depends also of the size of your site. After submission of your site to Google Webmaster, it should not take more than 2 weeks (at least not more than 1 month) for a site of about 2.000 products to have all them indexed. But this also depends on if you understood SEO guidelines Google is giving to webmasters. If you follow all official Google webmaster instructions meticulously and your software is SEO optimized, than your site will be indexed fast and without any problems.
