Mister Denial Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Hi everyone, I was contacted by Affirm this week, a payment service created by ex-PayPal employees (including their founder, apparently), which aims at providing customers with financing options, like pay for your purchase in 3,6 or 12 installments. Supposedly the merchant gets the money right away, and has not to worry about the financing or risk, including fraud (if that was true, it would be a safer payment method for sellers than any other out there). They take 2.9 commission. So, while at first glance this sounds quite good, I just wanted to check if other Prestashop merchants have used or are using Affirm, and if you would mind sharing your experience or thoughts on this?
