steveroberts
Hello, I hope someone can help. I am having an issue with my logo displaying on all emails sent from Prestashop. FYI I am using one of the Leo themes. I have the logo set in the backend and within the emails as <a title="{shop_name}" href="{shop_url}" style="color:#337ff1"> <img src="{shop_logo}" alt="{shop_name}" /> </a> But being displayed on emails as no image (alt ' ../ ') Also the link doesn't work. I appreciate any help. Thank you Steve
steveroberts
Can anyone help on this. I find that if I put in a basic URL to image it won't display either.
unlimitedgrain
check email translations to see if html is correctly. I use default bootsstrap, so i don't know if you add the logo in the leo theme. If nothing works, you can try to add the logo as image directly in the email when in html edit (email translations) good luck!
mynewborn
Hi Steveroberts, Did you find a solution? I'm having the same problem, see attachment. I can see that the image is linked to "%7Bshop_logo%7D" and if you should click on it "%7Bshop_url%7D". I know that you can adjust it into email translations, but then you need to do it one by one. I think there is a simpler solution for this problem. Even the position isn't right when you receive an e-mail, it's displayed at the end of the e-mail. mynewborn
I also saw that the links doesn't work in my e-mails. Lik "account" or "order history", ... They link to (example): x-apple-msg-load://22500DC4-2205-427F-9C35-5A9E998D339C/%7Bshop_url%7D
mynewborn
I have solved the problem. If you want me to help you out, I need the following things to know: Name of the theme that you are using and if yo go to the advance settings of that theme what's the map name.Solution: Chance the name of the theme to the map name. Go to your FTP server and copy all the files that are into the map name (NOT the theme that you're using). In the FTP you go to: themes > name of the theme / there you take best a back-up of the same files that you just made a copy of. Delete the map name. Past the first copied files into themes > name of the theme that you us. For me the problem to the links and position of the logo is fixed.
