supra72 Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 hello... i am using prestashop 1.4.3. 2 days ago..paypal asked to change paypal modules (from html to api) and i changed... but after that.... some customers paid by paypal ( i could see in the paypal account) but...i could not see in the prestahop backoffice... - i could see the cart but no orders . also.. some customers cannot use paypal payment even though they used before.... also i received the following mail..... Hallo, Fehlerbericht aus Ihrem PayPalAPI Modul Bei einem Kunden ist ein Problem mit dem PayPalAPI Modul aufgetreten, lesen Sie den Bericht: PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2015-06-06T20:19:04Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10413 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
