dnaonline Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 I have gone through all the forums, but cant fix my error. When I load a new product either manually or through csv import I get the error. An error occurred while creating an object. product. I then set my PS_MODE_DEV to true in order to see the error message which is: Duplicate entry '4294967295' for key 'PRIMARY'. I understand from the forums that Ids are limited to 4294967295. I only have 51 products loaded so far and none of them have this ID so I dont know where or what to delete in order for me to get more products loaded if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. My configuration details as floows: PrestaShop version 1.6.0.14 Shop URL http://scrapbookingshop.co.za/ Current theme in use default-bootstrap Server information Linux #1 SMP Debian 3.2.68-1+deb7u1 i686 Server software version Apache PHP version 5.4.39-0+deb7u2 Memory limit 64M Max execution time 60 DATABASE INFORMATIONMySQL version 5.5.43-0+deb7u1 MySQL server sql4.nur4.host-h.net MySQL name scrapjhkea_db1 MySQL user scrapjhkea_1 Tables prefix ps_ MySQL engine InnoDB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
