[SOLVED] No Country Select in Cart Rules v1.6.0.14?

To achieve this follow these ateps:

  1. Create a Cart Rule and select "Carrier selection" from Restrictions
  2. Now Set country and free shipping for this carrier
  3. Or you can create a new carrier first assign free shipping and country then you can assign this carrier as Restriction at Cart Rules

There is always a way.
