Sanaz9 Posted June 1, 2015 Share Posted June 1, 2015 Hello, I am migrating my products from Shopify to Prestashop Cloud, but I get errors after I upload the file. Could anyone please advise what the problem could be and how to fix it? I even re-exported CSV from my Shopify Store but again the same issue persists. Thanks. Naldinho Posted June 1, 2015 Share Posted June 1, 2015 I don't know anything about Shopify but have you checked that the format of the CSV files you are exporting are in the format required by PrestaShop? If you can get the data from Shopify into CSV then you can manipulate it into the PrestaShop format easily but I wouldn't expect to be able to use use Shopify exported files without some manipulation.
