CARIBEE ITALIA Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 Hi, anyone knows why I get my ticke closed but without any answer (actually it doesn't count as "used ticket" as well)? the test of the ticket is: "site: www.caribee.it prestashop version: cloud how can I edit the order's documents (shipping slip, invoice)? Found on help documentation information reg. non cloud prestashop ( folder /pdf ....) but seems not suitable for my cloud version.
