Andrus
HI. I am using Prestashop 1.6 default theme. When a customer places an order i get an notification what shows 2 orders. Also the same is when a customer check from his account. Total price is for one, but it shows 2 products. They are a little different: At frist I created a product named Energy drink 10 x 250ml and then I renamed it to Energy drink 10x250ml. What can be the problem? Also when a customer inserts a voucher code, then every order he makes the voucher is automaticly added. Does it have to work this way? Reference Product Unit price Quantity Total price Energy drink 10 x 250ml 15,00 € 1 15,00 € Energy drink 10x250ml 15,00 € 1 15,00 € Voucher code: skidki25 -3,75 € Products 15,00 € Discounts 3,75 € ift-wrapping 0,00 € Shipping 0,00 € Total Tax paid 2,50 € Total paid 11,25 € Edited May 25, 2015 by Andrus (see edit history)
tuk66
It is a database issue. Have you deleted all test orders or something?
Andrus
Hello, yes I have deleted all test orders by using a word delete on the order address admin/index.php?controller=AdminOrders&id_order=52&vieworder&token=763f1fa1f89b1a9363fa790cec3fea2c changed vieworder to deleteorder. Anything I can do to fix this? Andrus
tuk66
You (or PrestaShop itself) haven't probably deleted all appropriate tables.
