PS 1.6 uncheck SMTP selection in email configuration

Hi,

 

Please I need your help.

 

To configure E-mail parameters I check Set my own SMTP parameters but when I go out from there, selection come back to Use the PHP mail() function.

 

I have been saving this SMTP setting many times but always come back to php function.

 

php function is not working in my installation but SMTP is sending emails perfectly.

Are you using multistore?

Check your ps_configuration table, PS_MAIL_METHOD entry, it should be set to 2
