impressgroupsc Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 I have installed the Realex Payment module in Prestashop 1.6.0.11 and works fine but it doesn't return to the shop when finish the payment and tell me a message: "Your transaction was succesful, but there has been a problema connecting back to the website of the trade. Realex Support Posted May 20, 2015 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Hello, Thanks for your query. Could you please PM me your Realex Payments Client Id so I can better assist with your query. This message indicates that Realex Payments was unable to successfully connect to your server to return the transactions response. This can be caused either by us having the wrong Response URL entered against your account or by server restrictions. If it is the latter you should be able to see in your server logs why the connection failed.
