No HTTP response detected

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My shop's name is agoora.es. I'm having difficulties comprehendin this problem. Google tag assistant says http response not detected, even though in my ga panel it's receiving data and I even had my first customer's payment tracked, so everything seems to be working? So even with this error message can it still be functioning properly?

Tried.

1. Uninstall, instal

2. Disable adwords module

3. Disable Adblock

4. Install tracking code myself to header.tpl. (then I got a "code found outside of header tag" while in fact it was inside of it)

So I'm now back to square 1, and started using the ga module again. I also contacted google but their outsourced agents are unresponse after the first initial tips.

Can somebody fix this for me? I'd like to advertise with adworda and track my data 100% accurately. Thanks. Btw my coding skills are limited, the only thing I can do is copy paste them into certain files.

Where did you added the code ? You should add to the footer.tpl.

Another problem could be: Are you using any right mouse copy protection ? If yes deinstall. You made changes on code ? undo.

Hi,

I undid all changes and pasted code into the footer. Now the page doesn't render.

Also, there's no copy protection.

Do I have to wait 24 h to see if this has an effect or can i see instalty if tag assistant displays someting different?

What you mean by render ? Link to your page for evaluation, is ?

For the copy protection - This is for noobies, if you don't want that somebody copy content or copy scripts you should use other methods, like encryption. Experts will copy your content and scripts also with protect enabled !!

If you have blank site, you should activate debug modus AND delete smarty cache.

Activate debug modus: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/

Delete smarty cache: Tab "advanced parameters -> performance -> on green top navigation button "clear cache"

Hi,

I did as you told but it didn't work (still blank page). This problem has been persisting for a while and there's seems to be no solution so I'm reverting back to the "good" ol' ga module which seems to be tracking something at least, and hope that in the future prestashop updates this module. Ga  panel seems to show to errors and it's receiving data.
