Voucher code field not displaying in the cart summary

I have created a price cart rule to give free shipping on orders. I have created a voucher code. However when I then test by going into my site and placing an order the voucher code field is not displayed anywhere. Any ideas where I can add the voucher code?

Edit your voucher, and on the first tab, turn ON "Highlight":

 

When checking out, it will be shown close to the voucher input field.

Expect this does the trick.

Hi Pascal - thanks for your response. However I had already done this and it still does not display. I would upload a screen shot but am not sure how to do that in the forum? Any other ideas?

Try clearing your browsers cache and turn cache off and force comp. on, clear Prestashop cache then reload the page.

If you post a link then we could have a look at the site and see if it shows in our browsers.
