Problems with my store need help Please!

Hello every one, im a bit despred, since this morning, the server from the company that is hosting my store made an update which i think its something with java, and now my store is not sending any e-mails except for my own domain.

 

I tested using smtp mode and php mode either way just does not work at all, i have no errors since the e-mail says it was sent, but actually no one receives it. An order placed an order delivered anything related with store e-mails are not sent at all. My host e-mail server is working because if i use outlook to send an e-mail to any customer it works! Also if a customer uses the contact form all is ok as well.

 

If i send an e-mail from the store to my own domain i receive all!

 

The hosting company says they cant do anything and roll back those auto updates from cpanel so im lost here. This problem also made my SMS system stoped working which also uses java.

 

I cant provide any errors since i dont have any error at all, can any one please help me?

switch to php mail, send a test message from the back office to a free domain account that you have (like gmail or yahoo), and when you do not receive it, then contact the hosting provider and tell them to provide you with support.
