jqzoom not working on Chrome, and Opera. Works fine with Firefox and IE. WHY?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm using the latest prestashop v 1.6.0.14 to build an online clothing store.

When I click on a product, select the size attribute, the jqzoom message popup with a title "Loading zoom" and stuck there (unable to zoom).. as shown in the attached file:

By the way you can also try out this demo site. I have enabled jqzoom at the back-end.

Here are the steps to reproduce the error:

1) Try out with the latest browser version Google Chrome / Opera

2) Go to http://anikapakaian.pswebstore.com/

3) Click on any Printed Summer Dress

4) Select different size. Example: 'Size L'

5) "Loading zoom" text appear and stuck there.

How to solve this problem ?

Hmm,

seems to work OK here. Latest Chrome (Mac)

Took a little while, where you see the loading icon, but then it disappears and zooms a it should:

Works for me too on XP with Chrome 42.0.2311.135 m

Hi there, I forgot to put another step to reproduce the error. I have updated my post. Can u try it out? The step is to select different size and I can see the loading zoom is stuck. Without that step, it works fine too.

Maybe clear browser cache and cookies...

Actually, I have done that several times.

Yep, this is a bug. Please report it at the forge, so the PrestaTeam sees it and can fix it.

Then post the link to the reported issue here.

(N.B. When changing the image below the big image, the loading-zoom disappears, or, if you FIRST click on one of the other pictures and then change the size, it won't happen at all. Seems like there's an undefined value (image or attribute id or so) which causes this.

My 2 cents,

pascal.
