slswallow Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 Version 1.5.4.1. I am trying to add a product to the Home category. I check the box & click on save. After spinning for a few minutes, the screen goes to a white/blank screen. I cannot get any new products into the Home category. Any ideas? Thanks, Steve. (Although "Spinning for some minutes" sounds like server related problem...) - Does it ALWAYS give these problems? Maybe try another time of day, and see if server (over)activity could be the culprit, causing timeouts. - If you use any other category, it doesn't give this error?? pascal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
