Some orders have the correct calculation and some are a few cents off. I assume it has to do something with the way Prestashop is rounding the numbers. Let me know if you can assist! Kijam López Posted May 4, 2015 Share Posted May 4, 2015 (edited) Rounding prestashop is complicated, the calculation does not have good accuracy. If the order has many products it is worse. I'm doing a module that could solve this problem, it publishes in the addons in a few weeks. prestatent Posted May 4, 2015 Share Posted May 4, 2015 Hi Have you checked the Preferences->General->Round Mode in Backoffice. If not already set, change to "Classical". Another thing to check is the number of decimal places the prices are showing in Backoffice. Sometimes your products could have decimal places up to six figures.
