payment received, order not generated

there are many times that the payment is successfully made by the customer,

but his order is never generated

1) he never receives an email that he made a purchase

2) his order history is empty

 

and later they complain that they dont receive there goods.

 

Then we have to go to payment gateway to track his payment

then tracking his email id we have to track his cart (his cart is still there)

then we have to dispatch it offline (without using prestashop orders)

 

any Luck ???

what is the payment gateway, and what is the payment module?

Payment gateway is 

1) Pay TM

2) PAy U

these are payment gateways in my country.

They emailed me the module for prestashop

i just had to install it !!

sounds like you should email them back and inform them that their module has issues, and work with them to resolve them.
