Can't add product to cart, delete from card, strange digits on template

Hi everyone,
In the middle of configuring PrestaShop I got a two strange errors:
 
- When I try to add product to cart I get following error:
 

Impossible to add the product to the cart.

- I also get some random digits (ones) on the top of the layout.

 

I tried to clean cache, cookies and disable debug. No result.

Search for 111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 in all your files.

Done, no results. Funny thing, there are more ones in a row when I have a product in cart

I can see

<nav>111111111111111111111111111111111111111111<div id="header_logo">

in the home page.

Strange thing is that when the cart is empty, there is 111111 (6), when there is something in the cart (no mather how many items and products), there is 111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 (42)...

 

I think that it has to be some php or js codes output, but don't know how to find it. Any ideas?

Found out that this is caused by blockcart module - after disabling it, the ones are all gone. I've searched for the digits in tpl and php files of this module, no results. Another thing is, that when I go to the cart, the cart block is beign set at 580px and the page is looking strange. Example: http://ehydraulika.pl/szybkie-zakupy
