chilumo Posted April 21, 2015 Share Posted April 21, 2015 Hello fellows, I'm using Prestashop 1.6 and I have some strange situation with invoice number generation. I would like to start invoicing from IN000100, but for every new invoice the prestashop generates invoice following (changing 3rd number and the 6th): IN001101-> IN002102 -> IN003103 -> IN00X10X........... could you please help me understand where is the problem? thank you in advance. chilumo Posted April 22, 2015 Author Share Posted April 22, 2015 I would say that wrong numbers goes everywhere - in admin panel->orders, the pdf generated also with wrong number, etc. It isn't so that only in generated pdf I see bad number and everywhere else is ok.
