when i have more then 1 product in my cart - i'm see only one in my order

hi ,

 

i have a big problem :

a costumer made an order in my website .

but  he told me that he ordered 2 things (different products)

when i look in the order - i see only 1 product .

also, the costumer entered his order history - and he is also see only one product 

 

why ??

 

my customers can't buy more then one product per order ??

Have you tried buying two items?

 

If only one customer has reported this issue it is most likely customer error

yes - i've tried .

 

i've noticed this : 

when i'm buying 2 products with the same shipment method see (pic.1) - i can see 2 items in my order .

but - when i'm buying 2 products with 2 different shipment method ( see pic.2) - i can see only 1 product in my order

 

maybe this is the reason - what is the solution ?

If you can tell that a certain situation causes the problem then obviously that situation is what needs to be fixed.

 

I don't know enough about how the API shipping methods work but if you make two items have mutually exclusive shipping options and someone tries to buy both those items I would expect something weird to happen.
