gkssjovi Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 Hello,I`m a dev on your site, you have a big BUG in your marketing setup for the modules.I have the account with the name: [email protected] and when i tried to update the marketing for my module Live Chat Pro (Responsive) I got a blank page and after that my module does not appear on the site. The marketing was already approved by you and i only made an update...That was friday 10 of April, it`s now been 5 days and your support team did note fix my error, i sent a few emails, i even called on the website number but got no answer...I have lost now a couple hundreds of euros on sales because the module is offline...and nobody from your team doesn`t seem to care about this.Is this how you treat all of your developers?
