I just constructed the Prestashop e-commerce version 1.6.0.11 for my client which sell's pet food. At weekdays everything is working fine (around 10 orders per day). Problem happens only at weekends, (around 10 orders per whole weekend) When the problem occurs, the order state and product of order aren't saved, but the total price is saved. Hello tuk66. Yes it is a shared hosting server, but they always tell me that i should go to debug the saving of order, because there should be the problem. I had the same idea about timeout. My hosting provider doesn't believe that this is a problem, so i need to prove it to them. Also when the error occurs, there are no error logs whatsoever ( all logs have permissions 777). Error logs are empty, there is no error, just the products aren't in the order. Im a little bit stuck with this and very frustrated.
