Wallo Panels
We are using Prestashop Cloud + our custom domain name. While trying to enable SSL we get this error: It is not possible to enable SSL while you are using a custom domain name for your shop. SSL has been disabled. How can we enable SSL so we can rceate a CSR request and install our RapidSSL certificate that we have purchased? Thanks!

selectshop.at
If you cannot undo the purchase, so you should install your shop on a self hosted server of your choice somewhere else.
Wallo Panels
Thanks for the info and link and I wish I could see that before I went ahead and setup Simplify Commerce by Mastecard module along with the new PS Could instance. Now Simplify placed us on funding hold until we get SSL installed. Half a dozen orders were dispatched already... This lack of SSL support on PrestaShop Cloud make it worthless and such modules like Simplfy must have been made unavailable for install or at least have clear requirements warning. :-(
selectshop.at
In this case you should take into consideration to use not a free hosting like Prestashop Cloud, but a paid hosting service from you choice on which you are more flexible.
Wallo Panels
SSL support should be included no matter if the hosting is free or not. PS free hosting model is supported by revenues from paid modules marketplace. I could have end up buying some pro modules but would not be able to use them in the end because of this security issue.
