The entire store is working fine, but I'd rather have the index.php in the root, and have the rest of PrestaShop remain in the folder. For instance, MyURL.com, takes me to my homepage... ...and MyURL.com/categories/25-category would be links to categories. As you can see, I don't want the subdirectory in the domain home page url.
