incorrect shipping address,city is passed from my website to paypal server

Hi

I've several error I got from my shop.

most of the time it's a paiement error with the paypal module: error 10736

 

I called paypal and here is what they found:

I have checked few transactions (EC-0MV34174H59250611 ) that showed the error"Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code ". This error is caused when the incorrect shipping address,city is passed from your website to paypal server.

To get rid of this error, please make sure that address is validated before sending it to PayPal.

You might need to check with Prestashop support to check what shipping address is sent to PayPal and if its validated.

 

I've no idea how I could check that on my prestashop, if you have any idea.

My info is:

PS 1.5.6.2

Paypal module 3.8.2

what is the address that the customer is using?  that is not something we can tell you

According to google maps search, this is not a valid address. Zephyr hills should be Zephyrhills without a space.

The other address appears valid today.  I would suggest that you reach out to Paypal and ask them to tell you what is wrong with these addresses that Paypal would reject them.  They should provide you with proof of what Prestashop sent, and why that is invalid.
