frisbee-gr
Hello, I used to have an e-shop running on Prestashop 1.5. Recently I had it upgraded to 1.6.0.14 After some major tweaking and fiddling I managed to get it working as it used to. However just before I moved it into production, I realized that it does not work for mobiles and tablets It only shows a blank screen and the logo on top (see attached). I am also attaching the debug info I get when I load my home page. I am not sure what to make of it. Any help is appreciated Thanks prestashopdatabaseexception.txt
NemoPS
It seems to be a broken module, you have anything like "custom link" ?
frisbee-gr
Hi Nemo! I am a fan of your work! Yes, I believe that pk_customlink is a module by the template designers. But they suggested I asked for help in here, so here I am... Do you think that this module may be preventing my site from loading in mobiles and tablets? What do you suggest I do? NemoPS
The...what? They don't know what's up with their module? Astonishing.Yes, it is, it's like it tries to load data from a table that doesn't exist, can you disable it and see if it works then? p.s. thanks for following! frisbee-gr
OK, Customlinks is a module that presents links such as "My Account, My Wishlist, My Favorites and watch list" in the header. I disabled it and it made no difference whatsoever. In order to help you, If I change themes and (say) select the default one, the mobile and tablet versions, still don't work.... frisbee-gr
OK, solved. It seems that the theme's Computer, Tablet and Mobile versions are enabled/disabled at the modules section. Attached is a snapshot. Just for reference if someone stumbles upon this issue
