aligilani8
Hi experts, I am installing PrestaShop version 1.5 ( Yes! due to some reason I need older version, please) but my problem during installation is very rare and hard one. I just uploaded the package on my server after downloading from official link. When I open the URL the installation page doesn't open properly. When I do every step of installation I just stuck on last step in which it gives error. I mentioned my URL below in this post, you can open and see that page doesn't load properly. A noble man here name @NEMO1 told there is the problem with external CSS which is not getting load. I am not getting any idea how to solve this problem. I also attached screenshot below. My store URL is: http://afmahprinting.com/testing/prestashop/install/ Please experts! I need your kind time. Your kind help will be highly appreciated! PascalVG
Hi Aligilani, When going to your site, it has problems with permissions. Maybe that's the cause of many problems Make sure your shop root, installation folder etc have read/write permission (folders 755, files 644 or more) More info and how to change permissions here and here if you use cPanel, here a little more My 2 cents, pascal
