module for prestashop

I don't know where exactly to put this question, therefore I put here.

I am looking for solution, which help us to connect omodule which is written in django or write a new one with prestashop. Module is now here http://www.artforma.eu/szablon/foto_druk/modne/django_redirect/F50x70NSB.html and we use it to receiving pictures from customers. Next we download files to print by local and this aplication generate file to print also with specific names. I want to know which existing modules I can use to connect this, because I want to use this module or someone from this forum maybe is interestinng to write this module in prestashop.
 
Maybe it possible to create universal aplication, which can work as http://pixersize.com/prints-and-posters/high-flyer-42068, where we can generate prints from customer picture, from own pictures (which we have in own database) or from ohter stock service e.g. fotolia.
