footer blocks columns

This may be very simple but we have 4 blocks shown in the footer. 2 is set to col-sm-2 and 2 to col-sm-4 this results in the last element drops down below the others. How do i change this ?

It's a bit hard to understand like that Which modules are supposed to be on the same line? I can see plenty are missing the col- class
