Menus are no longer formatted

After upgrade all my menus are no longer formatting?  They are justified left with no formatting at all except <li>??  Any one else have this problem?  I was just about to go live and this happened.  Please help.  It is not a live store but I'd be happy to give you the address to have someone look at it??  No templates work - not the included responsive bootstrap or the custom ones I have - they all show the same error.

Strange. What was your old version?

The previous one.  I keep the shop updated with every new release with the new one I am working on - its not live. 

 

I have a feeling I might have changed something??  I'm at my wits end.

It looks like the upgrade haven't came off. What is on Advanced Parameters > Configuration Information page? Do you think the database is corrupted or files are missing?

I don't think the databases are corrupted - but then it wouldn't surprise me.  Of course I would need to check that and I'm not exactly sure how.  I could run the upgrade again?  Hey, it would only cost time.  But in the meantime; has this happened before?

 

My config is as follows:

PrestaShop version 1.6.0.14

Shop URL http://compactcampingconcepts.com/StoreFix2/

Current theme in use Unosaia (presta-theme-maker) I have tried other themes and same scenario.

I rolled it back and everything works now . . . not sure what was going on.

Okay - didn't do anything and the menus are again no longer formatted.  What is going on?  I'm using the default Bootstrap theme - is it Mozilla or something with Prestashop??  I do not have time to reinstall.  I updated to 1.6.14 again and no help there??
