This webpage has a redirect loop

Hi, I'm using prestashop 1.6.0.8 After installing SSL certificate on my server I tried to enable SSL on my shop by going to back office > preferences > general. I was unable to find the button to enable SSL. It was only showing "click here if you want to activate SSL" or something similar. After some digging I found that changing the database configuration table ps_ssl_enabled to 1 it works. So I did the same and finally the button is available. I've enabled SSL. After enabling I'm getting redirect loop on pages where https page loads i.e. on my account and order pages.

 

Any help ?

So you get a redirect loop on all SSL pages, or on the front office as well? If it's the front only, you might want to regenerate the htaccess file (save the page at preferences -> seo and urls)

I get the redirect loop only when ssl is enabled and only on checkout page and customer login

 

I have tried your suggestions - but still same issue
