I don't know this is a bag or a do something wrong....

I'm trying to config quick-order page:

 

1. I want to NOT display the newsletter registration tick box and opt-in, so I go to the Preferences/Customers and put to NO for both of them. Opt- in disappear but newsletter registration is stil there.

 

2. I want to edit address form so that First name and last name to not appear - in prestashop 1.5 I removed them from Localization/Countries/edit and It 's workbut in PS 1.6.0.14 do not work-after I removed them from the list they appear in the end of lins of quick-order, after country just before add. information. The some is for home phone - I removed it but the field is still there.

This WORK for Company and ADDRES 2 - when I remove them they disappear

 

Am I doing something wrong or ?
