HH Services Limited
After taking my site from shared server to the cloud with cloudways I got a 500 server error message on the products page and a 404 not available page on the categories page. The rest of the pages are ok and on the shared hosting site everything was going well. I contacted the very limited cloudways´ support and they told me that I had to figure things out on my own. They pointed me however to check through filezilla the errors on server. I am attaching to this message the url´s and the snapshots from the errors. Can anyone help on fixing this error (th .htaccess file was deleted and restored after the migration). rocky
Check whether there is an errorlog file in the root directory of your server. That should contain an error message that might help you. If such a file doesn't exist, you'll need to log in to your cPanel and find the option to view the errorlog there.

rocky
I've never seen that before. Hopefully, if you expand the column, one of those filenames will have "_errorlog" in it. Open that one.
HH Services Limited
This is what cloudways says: "Hi,There shouldnt be any limitation, we tried to find the errors it generates but it is not generating any error in Logs at all, I was suggesting to the developer of this website, are there any special requirments for this? We have tried different things but are unable to get to the root cause of this. Maaz" Any referral to anyone who can find and fix the problem? Open that one. I have turned on error reporting, can you please take a look?
