Adding Product - US Based Store

What are the following items meant to be used for? My store is based in the US.

How can I change what these are called in my store?

You can use them for whatever you need, to change the name, just replace it with what you want it to be in the .tpl file where it is showing.

If you are not sure what tpl file you need to change, it is usually the same name as the .php file.
