Set write permissions for the "img" folder and subfolders. Optional parameters: OK I have tried setting permissions via ftp and they seem to be changed, however if I refresh the BO I still get the above issue. PrestaHeroes USA Posted March 8, 2015 Share Posted March 8, 2015 Hi, when working with permissions one must take into account are recursive permissions, that is top level folder = 755 (recommended on most hosting types), then underlying subfolders would need to be also 755. This is also true for files if not optimal, 644 (again recommended on most hosting type) and we want to change, then do recursive permission change. google it for loads of good information.
