New orders not showing in back office

I've tried to get support for this issue for about a month, now.  This lack of support is unacceptable!  We're running a business here and providing excellent customer support for our customers.  Is anyone at Prestashop willing to do that for their customers?

Here's the issue, again.

Paypal gets the order just fine but we don't see the order in the back office.  This is the same issue hundreds of us experienced last fall.  Someone suggested that I put a ticket in at forge.prestashop.com, which I have done.  I have yet to get any support.

Someone please help us get this resolved!  I don't relish the thought of having to switch to a new cart program and having to rebuild the entire store.

The issue that you are experiencing is not just with paypal.  We are seeing random issues on three of our clients prestashop websites.

One uses Authorize.net - we have looked through the error logs and have not been able to see the issue.  We know that it is NOT the client clicking the back button, clicking the order button twice or refreshing the page.  We know that the client often gets a white screen and thinks the order has not processed.  So they come back and run it again.  The first order will have charged successfully on Authorize.net but the order will not show in the admin.  However, if you look at the customers you can find the order here with the cart.

On a gateway for securenet that we built, the order is created but the payment status is set to Awaiting Payment and no products are in the cart.

I have read on other posts that this is 1 in 200 paypal orders.   We are finding it about 1 in 50 orders  on www.organic-creations.com.

I have been looking for a post that addresses this.  If there is a thread out there please refer me.  Thank you.
