  3. Version: 1.5.6.1 URL: www.libertygearstore.com I've tried to get support for this issue for about a month, now. This lack of support is unacceptable! We're running a business here and providing excellent customer support for our customers. Is anyone at Prestashop willing to do that for their customers? Here's the issue, again. Paypal gets the order just fine but we don't see the order in the back office. This is the same issue hundreds of us experienced last fall. Someone suggested that I put a ticket in at forge.prestashop.com, which I have done. I have yet to get any support. Someone please help us get this resolved! I don't relish the thought of having to switch to a new cart program and having to rebuild the entire store.
  4. So, I did as you suggested but I have yet to hear from anyone. My shop is still not showing orders and because of that I have to check Paypal several times a day. I then have to contact the customer to get the details on what they've ordered! Is anyone actually working on this issue or do I need to find a different cart program and rebuild the site from square one again?

  8. I have the same problem! It happened once before and Prestashop said it was actually a Paypal issue. Which is it? And, what can we do to fix this right away?
  9. I already tried to get support there. Not happening. They told me there's no .csv file available and no refund, either. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODULE.
  10. I purchased this module and installed it just fine. But, during the configuration I find that a .csv file is needed for the zip codes and zones. It doesn't exist! I bought this module because it looked like you just had to install the .csv file you needed for your zone/s and away you go! Not the case. I tried to get support for this but only received a cursory glance and no substantial help. When I asked for a refund I was told that: "There is no csv with all your zip codes, the description do not contain any mention of that so I can't refund you. Sorry.Regards,Emmanuel" Prestashop is a pretty good shopping cart but after this experience I won't buy anymore modules from them. There are several quality 3rd party companies who actually support their products.
  11. I disabled Affinity and everything seems to be back to normal. I guess that module is no good.

  13. Can anyone help me with the shipping part of Prestashop? I've watched the videos, I've read the associated material, but it just doesn't make any sense to me. I even purchased the shipping by zip code module from Prestashop but it doesn't work without a .csv file, and there is no correct .csv file available anywhere!

The add to cart button is no longer showing on the main page nor on the category page! I thought it might have something to do with the theme but it doesn't. The add to cart button is showing up just fine on the individual product pages. I've cleared the cache several times but that didn't do the trick. Any ideas?
