  1. That much I know. What I don't know is, what line or lines.
  2. So where did you change the text size? I need to do that, too.
  3. Version: 1.5.6.1 URL: www.libertygearstore.com I've tried to get support for this issue for about a month, now. This lack of support is unacceptable! We're running a business here and providing excellent customer support for our customers. Is anyone at Prestashop willing to do that for their customers? Here's the issue, again. Paypal gets the order just fine but we don't see the order in the back office. This is the same issue hundreds of us experienced last fall. Someone suggested that I put a ticket in at forge.prestashop.com, which I have done. I have yet to get any support. Someone please help us get this resolved! I don't relish the thought of having to switch to a new cart program and having to rebuild the entire store.
  4. So, I did as you suggested but I have yet to hear from anyone. My shop is still not showing orders and because of that I have to check Paypal several times a day. I then have to contact the customer to get the details on what they've ordered! Is anyone actually working on this issue or do I need to find a different cart program and rebuild the site from square one again?
  5. Yes, I understand what he was suggesting but I see no way of doing that.
  6. I went to the Forge site but I don't see any way of reporting an issue.
  7. So, here we are again with the same old problem. Has anyone from Prestashop notified Paypal that this problem has started to happen, again?
  8. I have the same problem! It happened once before and Prestashop said it was actually a Paypal issue. Which is it? And, what can we do to fix this right away?
  9. I already tried to get support there. Not happening. They told me there's no .csv file available and no refund, either. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODULE.
  10. I purchased this module and installed it just fine. But, during the configuration I find that a .csv file is needed for the zip codes and zones. It doesn't exist! I bought this module because it looked like you just had to install the .csv file you needed for your zone/s and away you go! Not the case. I tried to get support for this but only received a cursory glance and no substantial help. When I asked for a refund I was told that: "There is no csv with all your zip codes, the description do not contain any mention of that so I can't refund you. Sorry.Regards,Emmanuel" Prestashop is a pretty good shopping cart but after this experience I won't buy anymore modules from them. There are several quality 3rd party companies who actually support their products.
  11. I disabled Affinity and everything seems to be back to normal. I guess that module is no good.
  12. I realize that. How do I get it back? It's still showing in the product pages, so I know it's there.
  13. Can anyone help me with the shipping part of Prestashop? I've watched the videos, I've read the associated material, but it just doesn't make any sense to me. I even purchased the shipping by zip code module from Prestashop but it doesn't work without a .csv file, and there is no correct .csv file available anywhere!

  15. The site is: www.libertygearstore.com The version is: 1.5.6.1 Everything has been working just fine, until now. The add to cart button is no longer showing on the main page nor on the category page! I thought it might have something to do with the theme but it doesn't. The add to cart button is showing up just fine on the individual product pages. I've cleared the cache several times but that didn't do the trick. Any ideas?
  16. I'm having this same issue with two stores. www.libertygearstore.com and www.reel-cafe.com They're both using version 1.5.6.1 I just found a large order that had processed all the way through Paypal (somehow we missed that) but the order only shows in the shopping carts area of Prestashop and not in the orders area.
  17. I GOT IT!!!!! I deleted the theme and reinstalled it. Everything is back to normal. Thanks for all the great help. I learned a lot through this.
  18. I just looked and found a lot of folders but not one for featured products. Shouldn't there be one for that too?
  19. The folder /43 doesn't exist! I know I saw it there earlier! Recompile has always been selected. I've cleared the Smarty Cache multiple times.
  20. Yes, I did. I'm afraid I'm going to have to uninstall and reinstall Prestashop and start all over. Is there any way to backup all of the products that are already in the store and then import them back in? I don't relish the thought of all that manual labor again.
  21. I did as you suggested but still no joy. Still showing this error: Required parameters: Please fix the following error(s) Notice: Undefined index: files in /home/reelcafe/public_html/libertygearstore/cache/smarty/compile/43/32/e4/4332e48c5151ec5552ed168f0415cf9ed0f46782.file.view.tpl.php on line 260Optional parameters: OK
  22. I did as you suggested. The files were inside another folder within that module. I copied them into the place it wanted to find them but the featured products still didn't show. I uninstalled the module, downloaded and installed a fresh copy of the module but still no change. I completely deleted the module and installed a fresh copy. The original was called Featured Products and now this one is called Home Featured Products. Still no change and those files are again missing! I found the file, 'homefeaturedproducts.css' in the css folder and the 'homefeaturedproducts.tpl' in the /views/templates/hook folder. Apparently that's where they're supposed to be but Prestashop is looking for them in the root folder of the module! I still have the undefined index error but I have no idea what to do about that.
  23. The module is installed and active. Everything was working just fine until today. You said to set 'true' the defines.inc.php. I did so, but nothing has changed and no error messages. I just found this message in the Advanced Parameters Configuration Information View area: Check your configuration Required parameters: Please fix the following error(s) Notice: Undefined index: files in /home/reelcafe/public_html/libertygearstore/cache/smarty/compile/43/32/e4/4332e48c5151ec5552ed168f0415cf9ed0f46782.file.view.tpl.php on line 260 But what do I do to fix the error? And now I also found this in the same area but further down the page: Missing files (5) modules/blockreinsurance/img/reinsurance-2-1.jpg modules/blockreinsurance/img/reinsurance-3-1.jpg modules/blockreinsurance/img/reinsurance-4-1.jpg modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.css modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.tpl
  24. Version: 1.5.6.1 URL: www.libertygearstore.com I've been adding products and everything has been working just fine. Until now. Suddenly, the featured products no longer show on the home page. Everything else is working just fine. To rectify this I've tried the following: cleared the Smary cache and the Autoload cache reset the friendly URL to off and then back on deleted the .htaccess file and recreated by doing the friendly URL reset again reset the featured products module uninstalled and reinstalled the featured products module called our hosting company (Bluehost) and had them look everything over from their end. They said they could see that Prestashop is calling the module. I setup a new test folder and installed Prestashop there, with the same after-market theme. It seems to work fine, there. I don't want to have to rebuild the entire shop! And, what if this happens again? There must be something in the code that has broken and I need to know where to go to fix it, especially if it happens again. Please help.
