Atocx Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) As the title says we have a huge problem. Customers who are not logged in and click on "checkout" are led to a white page. Normally the next step should be to inform the customer to log in and to continue his purchase afterwards. A similar problem existed while you were logged in. If you haven't put an address and you click on "checkout" you will be directed to the white page. We solved that by setting address as a required field within the registration. If you are logged in and have an address set there is no problem. We tried disabling modules and the theme as well. No changes. We contacted our theme creator: OK, I see the white screen. But even when I enable the debug mode, it doesn't display any error message.Do you remember since when the issue occures? Maybe you enabled some new module that may cause the issue. However it's not theme related. The same issue is when you switch to default theme, you can try to verify it. Maybe useful: the link of the white page is this: sample.de/Bestellung?step=1 (Bestellung = order) We run on Version 1.6.0.11 with all modules updated. Page does no longer turn white and this appears: Redirection automatique dans 5 secondes After 5 seconds the page redirects me to the correct page.
