vivianlwy Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 I upgrade prestashop from 1.6.0.9 to the latest version. Starting i facing problem module page at the back office cannot access. After i delete the module VE Platform, the module page is working normally. I find out the cms page is not load at the back office and my website. It show cms page not load. I read post https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/318565-cms-backoffice-not-working-message-category-cannot-be-loaded/ and follow open config/defines.inc.php find this line define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); change to look like this: define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); Then cms page backoffice show another error . I try to restore backup at the phpmyadmin. But now my website cannot see anything. PLEASE HELP! URGENT!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
