azizz013 Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 Please help me about his error / this message sent to me by ipage.It looks like that Prestashop 1.6.0.11 is currently using Smarty 3 instead of Smarty 2. PrestaShop's theme system is based on a template engine, called Smarty, which allows web-designers and developers to easily build their own theme, with little technical knowledge. In Smarty 3 some function name of the API have changed. That is why the error 'unknown method' is receiving. This is not a hosting issue.
