Mail Alerts and Product inquiry does not change email id

Hi

 

We have an online store on prestashop.

 

I am facing problem in 1. mail alerts 2. Product enquiry email configuration.

 

By default I receive emails to my gmail Id. But if I change it to new [email protected] , email never delivered.

 

My email is working absolutely fine otherwise.

 

Any one Please help me with this.

I am just shooting in the dark, but this sounds like an issue with DMARC policy

 

If I got you right - your e-mail address on gmail domain works fine, but if you change the address in the same field to another domain, it does not work, right?

This  Product Enquiry addon may fix/help your issue, rather than the product enquiry e-mail going to your e-mail client, all enquiries are stored in Prestashop "Customers/Customer Service" admin panel. So you can reply from the BO of Prestashop and also the product details are passed to Prestashops customer service section.
